Program Description
Admission & entry requirements "One Year LL.M. Program  This LL.M. program is offered in two streams viz: Corporate Laws and IPR Laws. The LL.M. programme is based on semester system with general and specialized courses on offer in each semester. The second semester constituent of Dissertation writing is emphasized upon strongly and sees its inception in the first semester itself. The programme seeks to build legal scholarship for the future in diverse arenas of law. Duration: One Year. Intake: 25 in each (Admission through CLAT) Reservation: Scheduled caste : 15%, Scheduled Tribes : 7.5%, Physically Handicapped: 5% seats in each category. Admission to above courses is through Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) on the merit basis. All the undergraduate/ postgraduate programs are full time and residential."
