Program Description	Course Title – Master of Science in Mathematics The Two Year Masters Degree program is of 4 semesters duration. A candidate can avail a maximum of 8 semesters - 4 years as per double duration norm, in one stretch to complete the two-year Master's Degree, including blank semesters, if any. Whenever a candidate opts for the blank semester, he/she has to study the prevailing courses offered by the School when he/she resumes his/her studies. The medium of instruction shall be English. The course offered will have three components associated with the teaching-learning process of the course, namely: Lecture, Tutorial, Practice.
Admission & entry requirements	Bachelors Degree of 3 years with Mathematics as one of the major/optional subjects with 45%(40% in case of SC/ST) of marks in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.
