| Admission & entry requirements |
i. Admission will be given to students possessing KVPY Scholarship. They need not
have to appear for the entrance Test. But they also have to submit the requisite
Application and should pay the application fee.
ii. All other eligible applicants will be called for the written test to be held at various
Centers.
iii. Candidates with a minimum of 75% marks at +2 level of education (Intermediate,
CBSE/ICSE/HSC/ and all State Boards or Equivalent with science subjects [Biology,
Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics]) and who are below the age of 23 years (as on 1st
January of the year in which the candidate isseeking admission) are eligible to apply.
The program is open to all students who have completed/ expect to complete +2
stage with at least three of the four subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and
Biology) as their optional subjects with a minimum of 75% at +2 level. The 5‐Year
Integrated M.Sc. (Biological Sciences/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics)
is designed to be suitable for students who have an inclination and aptitude to study
Science and have plans to build a career by studying Science
