Admission & entry requirements	 B Tech. or equivalent degree in Naval Architecture and Ship Building/Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering with first class (60%) marks from any recognized University or Institution.  A valid GATE score.  In the absence of sufficient number of candidates with GATE score, candidates without GATE score shall also be considered subject to passing a Departmental Admission Test.
