Program Description |
School of Pharmaceutical Sciences was established in 2019 under a sprawling Campus of
Sanjay Ghodawat University. The institute offers four years full time B. Pharm. course that
provides an intellectual implementation of value-based knowledge and creativity motivates
students to grow. The B. Pharm. course is approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and
University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi. The purpose of the organization is to
provide excellent academic standards with industry exposure to meet the emerging needs of
present zeal prone world. Institute provides exposure to pharmaceutical industrial
environment through industrial visits and industry-institute interactions. The highly qualified
and experienced staff is committed to impart the knowledge and skills in diverse fields like
drug design, drug development, natural product and research. Institute is offering students
plenty of opportunities to seek their career in globally required segments of pharmaceutical
field like pharmaceutical industries, research & development, academics, marketing, and
business etc. The required eligibility criteria in order to take admission to the B. Pharm
course is that the candidate should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics,
Chemistry & Maths/ Biology along with Non-zero CET score. A lateral entry (third semester)
is provided to the D. Pharm. candidates who have passed in D. Pharm. course from an
institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

Admission & entry requirements |
Passed 10+2 / HSC Examination in Science of any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry As Compulsory subject along with one of the subject Mathematics or Biology in the above subjects taken together should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
OR
Non zero score in CET conducted by the Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur,
Any Other Qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above Examination.
