| Program Description | Venus Institute of Physiotherapy (VIP) offers Master program in Physiotherapy offers a wide range of specializations to the students, enabling them to practice in their chosen area, engage in research and demonstrate efficiency in clinical and classroom teaching and training. All specialties are comprised of two years. The master’s programme is fully specialized in the respective specialty and first year is common to all specialties. From second year, it focuses more on the specialties to develop the skill and knowledge of the postgraduate students. Students are also motivated to deliver seminars, case presentations, and journal clubs and do researches. Students have the opportunity to use advanced, updated and evidence based physiotherapy evaluation, clinical reasoning, diagnosis and treatment techniques. To evolve the clinical reasoning and professional expertise in field of Physiotherapy. |
| Admission & entry requirements | Candidates admitted into the Master of Physiotherapy course should have passed the B.P.T. degree examination OR equivalent exam from recognized college and has completed six months compulsory rotatory internship. The aspirants of MPT program need to take the entrance exam conducted by the university basis or on the national basis. The previous academic performance is also given some weight age during the admission process. The candidates will get the application form from the admission centre of the university. |
