Modern civilization is dependent upon electrical energy and the future of civilization is dependent on the development of sustainable sources. At Swarrnim, The Electrical Engineering program focuses on the future needs of society. The program is supported by well-equipped laboratory facilities having the latest version of hardware and software to create conducive teaching-learning, and research/testing environment. The Swarrnim Institute of Technology provides a great opportunity to learn and progress in different technical domains. Thrust areas of the B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Department are System Modeling & Simulation, Advanced Power Electronics, Modern Control System, Modern Power System Protection, Energy Management, Advance Electrical machines, Digital Signal Processing, Power System Dynamics & Control, Flexible AC Transmission Systems, Power Quality Management and many more. The department has a blend of experienced and well-qualified faculty having obtained Masters and Ph.D. degrees from premier institutes. The faculty provides consultancy services to industry enabling them to bring a fresh perspective to the classroom. With the advanced labs on campus, R&D is a continuous function of Swarrnim Startup & innovation University.
