Program Description	MA Economics programme is designed for students who are looking to learn how to address complex questions through a deep understanding of economic theory and its application through rigorous data analysis. It provides a training in applying economic models and tools to the changing needs of corporates, the financial sector and policy institutions. Our two years Masters programme builds skills in data sciences, analytics and technology along with courses at the frontier of economics and research therein. Admission & entry requirements	The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA. A strong background in mathematics and statistics will be preferred.
