| Program Description |
M.Tech in Food Technology
The program consists of four semesters with last semester entirely dedicated for research. The course
curriculum focuses on advanced food engineering, food processing, food regulations, nutraceuticals and
health foods and simulation of different food processing operations. Additionally, machine design, product
design and development, food supply chain management, project planning and management are focused
upon to acquaint with the managerial aspects of industrial functioning.
