Program Description	The M.Ed. Programme comprises of the theoretical and specialized subjects in the discipline of education. There is practical work and fieldwork including internship training in teacher education institution. In addition, research work in the form of Dissertation prepares the students to be good researchers in the field of education. The programme specifically aims at developing academic skills, teaching skills as well as life skills.
Admission & entry requirements	Candidates seeking admission to the M.Ed. Programme should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the following programme. B.Ed. ( 1 or 2 years duration) B.A. B.Ed. or B.Sc. B.Ed. B.El.Ed. D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate Degree (with 50% marks in each). Reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled and other applicable categories will be as per the rules of the State Government / UGC whichever is applicable.
