Program Description	Candidate undergoes coursework for 14 credit and carries out research to prepared thesis under particular area of specialization. The time taken for PhD programme is generally 3 to 5 years for full-time candidates and 4 to 6 years for part-time candidates.
Admission & entry requirements	Selection of Candidates for Ph.D programmes will be based on the marks obtained in the (a) Entrance Test and Interview (b) marks obtained in the qualifying Examinations in the ratio of 50:50 and overall minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/Cat-I/Differently abled) and as per Merit Cum Reservation Policy.
