BBA (Hons) in Business Skills & Innovation is a four-year programme with interdisciplinary approach. The curriculum equips future business leaders with the skill sets to start, run expand and diversify their own businesses.
Our curriculum is co-designed with Businessmen; focuses on Business Skills and Innovations, while enhancing the soft & hard skills with the right exposure to real life business. The objective is to ensure students are ready for tomorrow’s challenges by creating Whole Brain Change Makers - business leaders, creative thinkers and socially conscious citizens who will strive to create changes in the industry and society.
Since Gujarat is the land of businessmen it is high time that we came up with an academic program that would cater to the specific needs of those students who would want to join their own business, expand the current business, diversify their existing business or start off a new venture of their own. The program has to equip students with the skills that would help them succeed as a businessman not only in traditional industries but also in the new age MSMEs and IT sector. They will develop expertise in various facets of business, whether it is hiring talent, raising funds, managing finance and other resources or taking advantage of market opportunities, focusing on customer satisfaction or overcoming many other challenges that may come up unannounced. In short, the program would build capabilities that would enable one to become a successful businessman.
