From fraud detection to writing news storeys with natural language processing and reviewing law briefs, AI’s reach is extensive. The school of Sciences and Emerging Technologies of Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University, Patiala has started Certificate Course in Artificial Intelligence and its Application from the session 2020-21. This programme covers subjects related to artificial intelligence. The Certificate course is of 32 credits consisting 5 subjects. This is one semester course consisting of 5 subjects. This will give strong foundation to the learner. One also get to learn programming languages used in AI along with information about various tools and approaches used in AI. The Certificate Course in AI and its Applications of Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University has been designed to supply trained manpower in ever growing IT and IT Enabled industry.
