Program Description	Candidate undergoes coursework for 14 credit and carries out research to prepared thesis under particular area of specialization. The time taken for PhD programme is generally 3 to 5 years for full-time candidates and 4 to 6 years for part-time candidates.
Admission & entry requirements	Master's degree (with not less than 55% Marks) in the relevant subject from Mangalore University or any other University recognized by UGC and considered by Mangalore University as equivalent.
