Program Description	In this era of globalisation, business activities have expanded manifold and the nature of business has undergone a rapid change. The B.Com Programme offered by the University is designed to cater the needs of the learners in the area of business and commerce in this changing business environment. Career Prospects :  Business manager  Financial manager  Entrepreneurship  Provides scope for specialised studies like CA, ICWA, CS In 5th and 6th semester there will be two compulsory courses and learners may choose any one specialization. However, the specialization chosen in 5th semester will continue in 6th semester and there will be no change in specialization.
Admission & entry requirements	For admission related information, a learner may visit the University website : www.kkhsou.in. A prospective learner may take admission as per his/her choice in KKHSOU City Study Centre, City Office Khanapara, Jorhat Regional Centre, Jorhat or any other dedicated study centre spread throughout the State of Assam which may be seen in the Information Brochure. There is no study centre of the University outside Assam for territorial jurisdiction as per UGC. Eligibility Criteria: a. 10+2 or equivalent examination passed (in any stream, including Vocational Stream) from a Council/University recognized by UGC. b. Three-year Diploma passed from Polytechnics in any branch. c. Relevant BPP completed from KKHSOU. Documents required: Copies of marksheets and pass certificate of qualifying examination (10+2/P.U./Diploma/ BPP).
