Program Description	P.G. Diploma in Research and Innovation (Jindal Fellowship Programme) aims to enhance research potential and capacity of students interested in pursuing research-based careers in the social sciences and humanities. The programme is designed to take students’ undergraduate education to the next level by enabling them to achieve in-depth understanding of the domains they have begun to explore. As a PG Diploma in Research and Innovation (Jindal Fellowship Programme) scholar, the student will have an academic mentor for the whole year, working with her/his research ideas as well as an expert supervisor, who will guide her/him through the research internship of four months.
Admission & entry requirements	Candidates must have earned an undergraduate degree from a UGC recognised and fully accredited institution in India or abroad. Candidates with exceptional academic and/or extracurricular records are encouraged to apply. Applicants are selected through a holistic admission process conducted over two rounds based on a statement of purpose, supplemental application and interview.
