Program Description MVN University, Palwal has started B. Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, a 4 years degree program from academic session of 2018-19 in South Haryana. Agriculture education has always been a priority in the development policy of India. In this program; students, while pursuing the studies are not only exposed to the theoretical and practical frame of course curriculum but also get an opportunity to develop complementary skills for becoming successful agri- entrepreneurs. The University also has an agricultural farm for practical training of students in various disciplines by growing different field crops as well as vegetables in Kharif, Rabi & Zaid seasons. The well qualified faculty of agriculture is dedicated to impart education, research and extension activities for enhancing productivity, optimization of profit and sustainability of agricultural production system and improving rural livelihood in Haryana and other parts of the country. Along with this school of agriculture has Integrated Farming Center (IFC), Crop Research Center (CRC), Green house and botanical garden, Mushroom cultivation and incubation center for advance learning and training purpose.
