Program Description Department of Management Studies, Noorul Islam University has travelled quire a distance, since its inception twenty three years ago. Department has now carved a niche for itself in the corporate world and seventeen batches that have passed out stand testimony to the fact. The essence of management, Department of Management Studies believes lines in managing one’s own ambitions and forging ahead consciously. “A strong theoretical foundation is the basis of good corporate practice”, this is the underlying theme of management education provided by the department. MBA programme is benchmarked against the best business school in the world. Experiential learning, Societal Connectivity programme, corporate awareness programme and outbound training are the unique features of the programme. The essence of Management, MBA believes, rest on managing ones’ own ambitions and forging ahead consciously in pursuit of one’s goals. A new corporate model has also been emerging wherein there is an integration of profit approach with social contribution of the corporations coupled with good governance. The Department of Management Studies has world class infrastructure, academic ambience, high standards of teaching, and strong corporate connectivity. The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program was established in 1994 with the approval of AICTE. The Department has been making incessant endeavours to create effective and fruitful learning process in tune with the changing paradigms. BBA/B.Com: The department of BBA was started in the academic year 2015 and the first batch of the students will complete their degree during this academic year. B.Com degree programme was started in the academic year 2016. These departments are functioning under the Faculty of Management Studies.
