| Program Description |
The shall be governed by the norms, rules and guideline of the concerned regulatory council Central council of Indian medicine, New Delhi and the policies of Government of Madhya Pradesh. The duration of the programme of instruction for the degree of Ayurvedacharya (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) shall be Four Year and Six Months, followed by compulsory rotating internship for one year.

2nd professional 12 Month
3rd professional 12 Month
Final professional 18 month
Compulsory Internship by Rotation 12 Month.
The examination shall be held according to the syllabus prescribed by central council of Indian medicine New Delhi and adopted by the University for regular students. Provided that the syllabus for candidate for the compartment examination shall be the same as was in force in the last Annual Examination.

| Admission & entry requirements |
Procedure of Admission shall be made through merit/ entrance test conducted by govt. authorized agency in the state. A candidate who attains the age of 17 years or more on or before 31st December of the year and has passed 10+2 examination from the MP Board of School Education, with at least 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry & Biology for unreserved category 40% for SC/ST category students OR An examination of any other University/ Board recognized by state govt.as equivalent there to with at least 50% of marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry & biology
