Program Description The MBA in Health Management is a 2-year, full-time post-graduate course for which the eligibility is a Bachelors degree in any discipline with an aggregate score of 50% marks from a recognized university. The course is divided into 4 semesters, each of which is conducted over a span of 6 months. All candidates are exposed to the core courses in the first year (first and second semesters), and choose one of two specializations, Hospital Management and Health Care Management, at the beginning of the second year (third and fourth semesters). The MBA in Health Management is an apt career choice for candidates possessing in-depth knowledge of the health care sector and strong communication skills. It is an ideal field for individuals that have a background and hold a bachelors degree in the relevant streams of health sectors like health science, biotechnology, physiotherapy, microbiology, medicine, etc. The MBA in Health Management course is designed to develop candidates' competencies in health care management and hospital management. Admission & entry requirements Candidates seeking admission for MBA in Healthcare or Hospital Management need to hold a Bachelor's degree in any relevant stream from a recognized university listed under UGC/AIU with an aggregate of 50% marks. Students appearing in the final qualifying examination may also apply. They are required to submit their qualifying degree certificate at the time of admission.
