Program Description	The Energy Engineering Department has started in the year 2021 with an intake of 60 students. This is the first University in the North Karnataka to start this course. The mission of the department is to educate students to become globally competent. The Department of Energy Engineering shares the vision and mission of the institution in imparting quality education to the students. The department has a dedicated, highly experienced and motivated team of faculty members. All the staff members are postgraduate and some are pursuing Ph.D. Faculty members regularly attend technical seminars and workshops organized by various technical institutes, and many of them have presented papers in National and International conferences and seminars.
Admission & entry requirements	Candidates should have passed 12th standard with a minimum of 45% of marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology. English should be one of the compulsory languages. The minimum qualifying marks for SC/ ST is 40%.
