Program Description	The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is a professional teacher education programme designed to prepare graduates for careers in teaching at secondary and higher secondary levels. The programme focuses on pedagogical theory, educational psychology, teaching methodologies, curriculum development, classroom management, and assessment techniques. It also includes practical training through teaching practice, school internships, and educational projects to develop effective teaching skills and professional competence.
Admission & entry requirements	Candidate must have completed Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Commerce with minimum qualifying marks as prescribed by the regulatory authority. Admission shall be granted as per the norms of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) / State Government / University and may be based on entrance examination or merit as prescribed by the competent authority.
