The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture is a four-year undergraduate degree program that focuses on the scientific principles and practices of agriculture and allied sectors. The curriculum integrates topics such as agronomy, soil science, plant breeding and genetics, entomology, horticulture, agricultural economics, animal husbandry, and agri-business management.
The program aims to equip students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for modern farming, sustainable agricultural practices, and rural development. Students also gain exposure through fieldwork, lab experiments, and rural agricultural work experience (RAWE).
Duration: 4 years (8 semesters)

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for admission to the B.Sc. Agriculture program, candidates must:
Have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent from a recognized board
Have studied Science subjects with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Agriculture or Mathematics
Obtain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (relaxation applicable for reserved categories)
