Program Description The B.Pharm. degree is an eight semesters (Four Years) program, and the syllabus has been designed to cover all aspects of Pharmaceutical Sciences with the aim to provide students with both theoretical and practical training, in order to enable them to be ideally suited to pharmaceutical industry and health care system. The department aims to impart quality pharmacy education to the students and to produce competent and employable professionals to work effectively in academia, pharmaceutical industries and research centre and meet the growing global opportunities in Pharmaceutical and Health care sector. Ample employment opportunities exist in the fields of Drug industry, Research & Development, Drug control department, Academics, Marketing and sales, etc.
Admission & entry requirements Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/ central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M.) and or Biology (P.C.B./ P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. And Students are admitted to the course through entrance examination conducted by university.
